Torque-Tight is a product line held under Outline Industries. A simple piece of plastic that can save lives, Torque-Tight Lug Nut Indicators are inexpensive, durable, and easy to use. Applied to a trucks lug nuts after installation and proper torquing, the indicators are placed over top of the hex pointing in a clockwise pattern. Should a nut begin to loosen the indicator will rotate outwards increasing the visual profile and allowing the driver to notice a loose nut during their DOT walk-around.

At Summit Bodyworks, I transitioned from a consulting role to Director of Operations. Leveraging over 18 years of experience in general management and small business ownership, along with a strong background in manufacturing, I played a pivotal role in steering the company toward profitability. My strategic vision and ability to execute detailed manufacturing plans were key in overcoming challenges such as chassis shortages and material delays, ultimately driving operational efficiency and growth.

As the founding member and President of Outline, I have been at the forefront of our manufacturing process and product development. Outline has evolved into an organization that requires many strong individuals, realizing that, I have take a step back and now manage new product development and rely on my awesome team to take care of the manufacturing.

Founded as Outline Industries in 2010, The Brand "1-800-Stencil" was acquired in July of 2014. 1-800-Stencil was owned and operated by the management team at Outline Industries until August 5th, 2020. On this date, RAE Products and Chemicals Corp. purchased the brand asset from Outline Industries. In the time that Jonathon managed the brand, direct sales grew 1500%, became an industry leading supplier and helped bring the market segment into the e-commerce world. Utilizing knowledge of both digital marketing and ecommerce, the brand has thrived for the last 6 years. As the company was transitioned to RAE, I have been retained in a consulting role and will still be involved as needed.

A wild idea my brother (Jeff) and I had to attempt building a pair of skis in our fathers barn has grown in to a lifetime of joy for our entire family. Formally established in 2005, Shaggy's Skis are now a force to be reckoned with in the snow sports industry. Shaggy's is an amazing success story and I am proud to be part if it!
