Reporting to head of BSI Knowledge Centre Key achievementsInitiated unique ways of working in the method of presenting and interpreting research data. This included using heat mapping to represent geographic British Standards Online subscribers, I used Visio to create data driven info-graphics of BSI Committee revenue. Completed a research project about Through Life Engineering Services, this included managing the research process and relationships with technical experts. The project received excellent feedback from the both the programme manager and the project funder Cranfield University. Created and maintained content for a wiki about standards, this has become a key benefit for subscribing members of BSI.

This included maintaining an Access database for over 300 British Legion properties in London and the East of England with financial information and information about each property.
