• Responsible for migrating an entire Distribution Centre from Chicago to Canada with little guidance through coordination and liaising top down and bottom up with both internal and external stakeholders including two.
• Developed a variety of strategic reporting platforms and project schedule plans.which were utilised across stakeholders related to the project
• Supported logistics, buying and planning teams through learning their role quickly and taking on some of the team’s workload when cover was required.
• Daily reporting and communication with key stakeholders, including distribution centres and logistics coordinators to mitigate, improve and rectify any risk associated with the move.
• The project reduced operational costs equating to circa $1M per year.

Irvine

• Project coordinator acting as the interface between the customer, engineering/production and Quality assurance teams to ensure projects are delivered to specification and on time.
• Responsible for managing and delivering over 200 complex and high value wellhead tooling projects that are utilised on oilfields.
• Issue resolution and mitigation by highlighting potential issues early on in the process.
• Liaise internally at all levels to ensure key milestones are met on time and expediting where required.
• Management of Non-conformance reports and notifying the customer of quality issues and resolutions.
• Read and interpret customer part reports and technical drawings, and highlighting any discrepancies and improvement suggestions.

• Keep working environment tidy and free from hazards as much as possible. Inspect components and record all data on TQM reports (total quality Management) ensure all the Quality standards of work is being met to suit.
• Fully conversant with Mazatrol programming and Turning, Milling, Lathe, Manual machinery and Integrex.
