Reported to the Retail Director and Commercial Director for Willmott Dixon Interiors.Projects delivered on traditional and Design & Build basis.Included new build, extension, fit out and refurbishment works.

Commercial responsibility for the Western Region, comprising a £30M construction business run out of the Bristol office in Avonmouth. (Following the acquisition of Bideem) Managed a team of 10 Surveyors, and reported directly to the UK Commercial Director.Work streams included: Commercial offices, Residential, Industrial and Hotels.

Bovis Lelliott were the traditional contracting division of Bovis Lendlease. Previously called John Lelliott.Delivered a new headquarters for Churchill Insurance in Bromley in Kent. Comprising the refurbishment, extension and alteration to a 1960s office building.Relocated from London to work in Bristol in April 2000.

Uxbridge, Middlesex

Rejoined Tilbury Douglas in their new office at Dolphin Bridge House Uxbridge Middlesex.Delivered a new build multipurpose centre for London Borough of Newham in East Beckton London.Project included, one stop shop, library and leisure facilities.

West Drayton, Hillingdon

Relocated from Plymouth to London.Ellis Construction was previously called Wiltshier Design & Build, owned by Mike Ellis and run from of an office in West Drayton, Middlesex.Projects included: 12 new luxury Mews houses for Regalian Homes in Upper Montagu St London W1. New office block Aquis House in Reading. Texas Homecare store in Farnborough, Groundfloor slab replacement and piling remedials.Ellis Construction Ltd unfortunately became insolvent in May 1996.

Swansea, Newton Abbott Devon, Chiswick London

Sponsored during the four year thick sandwich QS Degree course at Kingston University by Tilbury Douglas Construction Ltd (Interserve), on their Graduate training programme. Then employed for three years post graduation.During this period contributed to the delivery of 11 projects.Work streams included: Student Accommodation, Health, Housing Association flats, Prisons, Leisure, Industrial, and a Hotel.
