Responsibilities include Account Managing and developing Key Accounts within the business by cross selling new products and services into our existing MPLS customer base such as EFM, BT21CN, Hosted VoIP, SIP and Microsoft Lync.I also work with new opportunities to add new MPLS customers to our existing customer base to help grow the business.In addition to understanding the commercial benefits of new technologies, I must also have a strong technical understanding of the benefits the services will provide the customer.
