Managed and oversaw antiterrorism, force protection, and emergency management programs on a military installation. Developed and implemented policies and procedures for security measures and protection for all persons, equipment, and assets.

Supervised and managed three security supervisors, over 30 contract security officers, and an average of 8 consultants who were responsible for maintaining safe access and crowd control at events in a 3.9 million sq. ft. facility. Led responses to varying emergencies, to include gathering information surrounding incidents and submitting required documentation and incident reports. Developed internal and external customer trust through timely communication. Proactively resolved issues and consistently met and exceeded expectations of customers. Organized GWCCA’s Life Safety program for nine departments. Collaborated and worked with Secret Services to provide world-class security operations for two presidential candidate visits.
