I specialize in raising literacy outcomes through a deep expertise in English Language Arts and foundational literacy instruction, with a proven track record of helping students thrive. From classroom teacher to school leader, I’ve developed a love for coaching and empowering educators to create vibrant, inclusive, and results-driven learning environments. My work extends across K-8 ELA content and standards, where I’ve led professional development at both the school and network level, alongside advanced graduate studies in instructional leadership.
