• Team with the shift managers to create a rave-worthy environment• Manage the overall operations of the restaurant• Create weekly schedules for the team members and oversee filing of gaps in the schedule• Order via Qdoba system missing inventory on a weekly basis• Focus on developing a people and guest-centric culture that serves up awesome food and a place to hang out by: Overseeing the preparation and creation of food Sticking to food safety standards Contributing to a restaurant environment that makes everyone feel at home• Coach, develop and train my team and champion choice to encourage my team to take on new challenges• Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Cook, Line Server, and Cashier• Responsible for the implementation of our restaurant’s policies and procedures• Participate in achieving our monthly revenue objectives• Ensure that staff remain compliant with all local, state and federal laws, and that customers’ needs are promptly met• Work various shifts
