As the Director of Drama at Cranleigh School, I lead and manage the delivery of high-quality drama education and productions for students of all ages and abilities. I have over 15 years of experience in this role, as well others including leading Sixth Form and as a Pastoral lead and Housemaster. I am passionate about fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence in all areas of education.I have a strong academic background in business administration, teaching, and performance, with an MBA from the University of Surrey, a PGCE from Goldsmiths College, and a BA from Mountview Academy. I have also been an examiner for A Level drama, and I have conducted research on the management of creativity and innovation. My skills include creative direction, creative problem solving, customer relationship management, strategy, entrepreneurship, change management, and project management. I enjoy collaborating with other technical departments, external partners, and teams of varying sizes, from small groups to large casts of 150. My goal is to inspire, empower, and develop the next generation of creative leaders and performers.
