I try my best to help people in any way that I can. I apply myself to the task at hand when I fully understand the process and instructions given. I take the knowledge given in my current position to help other people in the same situation.I have a hard time getting traction at first and I process information at a slower pace but once I understand exactly what there is to be done. It is hardwired in my brain, routine practice is preferred to help me remember tasks like second nature. I am very good at articulating my words to explain and communicate what is necessary in a clean and efficient manner. Mutual respect in any situation is mandatory for me to enjoy a workplace.I am a leader and tend to take action when no one else does and I go the extra mile that most people wouldn’t do. I have integrity to consistently do the right thing, even when no one is looking.I have an open mind and I am reasonably adaptable to change when I am given proper time to adjust and prepare ahead of time.
