I am a 4.0 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Michigan School of Social Work in Social Policy and Evaluation. In addition I have a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and an Associates degree in Human Services from Washtenaw Community College. I have recently opened the doors at Sutherland Consulting Ann Arbor, an evaluation and consulting firm specializing in non-profit evaluations, needs assessments, strategic planning, fund raising, and grant writing. My skill set includes evaluation design, evaluation implementation, outcome measure analysis, data analysis, and focus group facilitation.
