I was main point of contact for our clients which included small to medium sized businesses, and helped to administer several Exchange and Active Directory domains across several Windows Server platforms. I installed or upgraded several data and VOIP networks with new phones and data equipment such as HP switches and Sonicwall firewalls. I maintained, troubleshoot, and resolved network and software issues faced with by clients on their networks. Resolved many problems with PC’s, MS Office, printers, firewalls, permissions, and Windows and Unix servers. I was the systems administrator and resolved all and any issues from level 1 up to level 3. It was also my responsibility to maintain an intuitive database for client networks. Part of my regular workday would include following up with clients with any issues and update this database with tickets and pertinent information.
