With over 8 Years of experience, I have been working closely with Youth as a Mentor, Teacher, and Coach. Over the course of my journey working with communities I have helped Youth; pick their Dream Colleges, Understand Social-Emotional Skills, Provided youth with Academic Confidence, and supported 3 different Volleyball teams to division championships.My skills along with my work ethic are a strong combination and create an impact in any work setting. Former employers have highlighted my Adaptability, Transparency, Consistency, Leadership, and Flexibility when meeting the needs of the organization or company. In parallel to my impressive Youth Development experience, I also have experience in Retail, Hospitality, and Community organizing. For 3 years I worked as a shift manager for Woodstock Pizza in Davis, CA. I had experience working in all In-house and out-house positions including Bartending, Delivery Driving, Dispatch, and food prep. My work ethic has taught me that enjoying your work while being good at it makes work a lot more enjoyable and beneficial to yourself in the long run.
