Responsible for the day to day management of the Sydney location. I liaise with customers, production and scheduling to ensure installs are completed on time and to a high standard. I also function as a salesperson and pride myself on exceptional product knowledge and customer service. I have also managed our social media channels and website. More recently, I have been our product manager for Salesforce, and have completed an implementation of CPQ. This has evolved our sales process and delivered industry leading quotes and tailored information to our customers, resulting in increased conversion ratios and reduced time converting customer enquiries into quotes.

Working within a team of pyrotechnicians, responsible for delivering shows like Gold Coast Commonwealth Games opening and closing ceremony, Melbourne City NYE, City of Sydney Australia Day at Circular Quay, Nitro Circus, Adele 2017 Tour, Monster Jam Tour, Sydney Royal Easter Show, and 2nd place in the Da Nang DIFF Fireworks festival. Specialist in working at heights with difficult access.

Rigging for live entertainment shows, art installations and corporate events. Working within Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Showgrounds, the Hordern Pavillion and other locations around Sydney. Frequently ran a larger team of riggers, resolved issues onsite and liaised with clients to deliver the best possible result. Operated machinery ranging from forklifts to telehandlers and boom lifts. Often working at heights or using rope access.
