I work in the design and detailing of many different types of structures. Materials used include wood, masonry, concrete, and steel. Projects have included warehouses, large custom residential, multi-family residential, commercial, and a good deal of miscellaneous projects.

I engineer custom homes for efficiency and constructability. Additional tasks include engineering custom timber frames. I have coordinated and clarified various points of steel and concrete design for contractors.

At Rustica hardware I organized hundreds of drawing into a unified system. I also created AutoCAD drawings for new hardware and revised existing designs. My duties included creating custom designs for customers. Most designs would be prototyped by myself using CNC plasma cutters, CNC routers, press brakes, and occasional welding.

I conducted road condition surveys and supervised structural and construction inspections. My team executed land surveys with optical and satellite means. Surveys were done with Trimble Survey Controller and Trimble Geomatics Office.

I created genericseeds.com grossing $4,000-$10,000 per month. I also managed inventory using Visual Basic in Excel and mastered many MS Office and Adobe programs.
