My role harnesses over a decade of expertise in instructional design, learning management system administration, and educational project management, ensuring compliance with stringent accreditation standards from CMS and the Joint Commission.Strategic collaboration with legal and medical professionals has been pivotal in revising training programs for affiliated physicians, leading to enhanced policy and change management. My approach is characterized by a commitment to high reliability organization implementation, which translates into sustained excellence within healthcare education and safety at Parkland Health. My approach is also evidence - based and leads to results in comparison to previous efforts and in comparison, to other efforts. My goal is to have education make a difference and to produce a better culture which ultimately will lead to a more productive and financially stable work environment.I have consulted and deployed system - wide education in operational and strategic initiatives inclusive of change management, conflict resolution, situational leadership, compliance, regulatory requirements, human resources, and multiple soft skills for cultural improvement.I have assessed and determined ROI and net benefit.
