• Recruit, source, and qualify candidates for assigned job requisitions utilizing Career Builder, Monster, LinkedIn, Ladders, Dice, and other various job boards and referrals• Conduct qualifying phone interviews with potential candidates• Reviewed daily to ensure SLA deadlines are met.• Daily use of Vendor Management System: Beeline• Responsible for specific territory and act as point of contact with the Branch Development Manager• After recruiting candidate:Link candidates to the job order requisitions in Sales Force, Cosmos, and Vendor Management System• Prep and de-brief candidates for interviews.• Assessing the candidate’s technical/functional skills sets to perform the tasks of the job requisition • Negotiate compensation rates with candidates • Qualify and negotiate compensation with candidates for Strategic Accounts
