During this time I worked in various roles and was responsible for helping to train new employees on their roles within the paint shop. This role also involved:• Preparation of each vehicle for rust proofing and paint• Analyzing each vehicle frame for quality assurance while identifying any defects• Open communication with the Team Lead including identifying any irregularities and suggestions for improvements to the Team Leader• Adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment• Proper maintenance of all shop equipment and tools in compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)• Training on how to safely handle hazardous products and chemicals• Training on GM safety practices and procedures

Successfully executed high quality menu items within a fast paced, high stress environment. This position also involved:• Maintenance of knowledge of current menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methods• Effective communication with kitchen staff members regarding customer allergies, dietary needs and other special requests• Managing closing duties which required closing down the kitchen after each shift and precisely followed closing checklist for kitchen stations• Consistent adherence to quality expectations and standards• Delivered exceptional, friendly and fast service• Accurately recording orders and partnership with team members to serve food that exceeded guests’ expectations• Effectively using items in stock to decrease waste and profit loss as well as stocking deliveries in a timely and safe manner• Provided support to other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance.
