Head Of MarketingHealys Llp Apr 2017 - Sep 2019London, GbAs the main point of contact for marketing for the firm, I deal with all the day to day enquiries. I have built the marketing function from a standing start for both the Brighton and London offices and developed the firms strategy and brand. The MBD team has now grown to 4 employees. This has now evolved into creating a new business team and digital & events team. From the outset of the role I was tasked in re-developing Brand and Messaging for the firm. Part of this was the redevelopment of Healys.com. In 2015 I decided to start from scratch and overhauled the website/brand and built a relationship with new agencies. Since the change, the website is now the 2nd top referrer with the 2017/2018 revenue set to exceed its growth target. I have developed a digital and content strategy that will support this revenue growth. One of my responsibilities was to encourage interaction between different departments within the firm. The senior partner and I developed sector groups that encouraged multiple departments to work together to pitch and attract new clients. Part of this was the development of Pipeline Business Development targets. This allowed the Marketing and Business Development team to produce a steady pipeline of new business in order to help grow the firm’s revenue. Initial trials were successful with the Banking and Finance sector group. To further increase this I have devised a new digital marketing strategy to improve engagement with staff, clients and prospects and find new revenues of growth. The focus on developing lead generating campaigns that support the overall sector strategy of the firm with a target of generating consistent leads for all departments. -
