Founded the social venture Life Out of the Box that works with local artisans in Central America & Africa to develop unique handmade products. For every item sold, school supplies are given to a child in need and the customer is able to actually see who they impacted. Life Out of the Box currently works in Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and Morocco. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth (I-CCEW) is an economic development organization that specializes in high-impact projects centered on technology commercialization, social entrepreneurship & innovation, software & web development, agile product design, and entrepreneurial support.Founded in 2006, I-CCEW is devoted to advancing early stage ideas and technologies by utilizing a problem-solving methodology that combines management consulting best practices and the Lean Startup method to deliver actionable recommendations and strategies for new technologies and products, tech startups, social entrepreneurship ventures and new businesses.
