Led a team of 53 to execute a $41.8 million annual budget, performing all aspects of Integrated Logistics Support, Supply Chain Management, and maintenance around the globe, including more than $8M in contract payments and $5.5M in travel funds. Together, we managed a $14 million repair parts inventory of more than 17,000 line items while overseeing capital improvements projects valued at more than $2.4 million and a globally dispersed equipment inventory totaling more than $250 million. Established strategic plans and short-term policies/procedures to aggressively meet and exceed stakeholder requirements while methodically divesting legacy platforms.

Developed strategic objectives and ensured mission readiness and operational integration for ten US Navy Reserve units supporting U.S. Pacific Fleet Headquarters. Managed operational logistics functions and tasks at the Operational Level of War for 387 Navy Reserve officers and sailors.- Resourced and executed $4.3M in funding to facilitate logistics support for three fleet-wide wargames; monitored progress and briefed risk mitigation efforts to senior leadership.- Planned workload and training for ten subordinate organizations, enabling strategic integration. Pioneered innovative solution to integrate over 500 reserve personnel into Logistics Response Teams, enabling the NAVSUP Logistics Operations Center to sustain 24/7 operations for the first time. Personally briefed business plan to the Commander, a 2-star Admiral.- Completely reengineered the global Operational Support Plan to create a balanced, responsive roadmap aligned with senior leader priorities. Methodically translated more than 20,000 requirements to provide direct, targeted support to subordinate organizations.- Created an enterprise-wide reporting system to allow real-time tracking of training and readiness for over 500 personnel, allowing GLS to test international deployment of combined active duty and reserve Logistics Response Teams during its first no-notice Logistics Response exercise.- Initiated new Reserve Logistics Representative and Fleet Logistics Support Officer qualification programs, standardizing operational support training across the workforce. Developed and implemented a nationwide training program that surpassed its 60% certification goal in its first year.- Resourced and executed more than $3.2M in training and operational support funding.

Led a team of ~200 personnel as part of the first crew of USS America; responsible for establishing habitability at delivery as well as acceptance of 100% initial inventory of more than $59M / 19,000 line items in engineering & aviation parts and consumables.- Created a comprehensive QA schedule and established the ship's first supply policies & procedures.- Mentored 8 officers; developed and led ethics training for 60 junior and mid-level managers. - Point person for logistical planning and execution of all international engagements on ship’s maiden voyage around South America: 16 official receptions and events, hosting the Secretary of the Navy, the most senior U.S. and partner nations' military leaders, and seven Ambassadors & Ministers of Defense – made critical impact to the U.S. Government’s Theater Security Cooperation mission.

Led 14 civilian and 5 military personnel in executing supply and logistics functions for the organization.- Successfully managed a worldwide Government Purchase Card program through its transition from the Navy to Joint/OSD, and drafted its initial governing instruction. Actively led a complex network of nearly 100 cardholders and approving officials making more than $1 million in obligations annually at 31 sites across the U.S. and Europe.- Personally selected by the Commander of Military District Washington as an assistant to multiple members of Congress and Cabinet-level officials during the planning and execution of President Obama’s 2009 Inauguration.

Managed all logistics functions for the Phoenix Academy base; personally accountable for up to $6.8 million in materiel and equipment. Successfully offloaded more than $5 million in excess inventory and returned inventory accuracy to 100%. - Made capital improvements to the base, supervising refurbishment of the camp’s helicopter landing pad and construction of additional classroom space.- Responsible for oversight and compliance of a 5-year, $100 million life support services contract. Performed inspections for all life support activities including force protection, electrical power supply and distribution, water and sanitation services, and messing/berthing services for the base and more than 500 personnel over the course of six months.- Conducted logistics briefs for over 150 Iraq Security Forces Transition Teams- Coordinated and executed multiple site visits and briefs for CJCS ADM Mullen, GEN Petraeus, and senior Iraqi officials.

Personally disbursed more than $100 million in U.S. Treasury funds. Led 9 military personnel and ten foreign nationals.- Established the first Commercial Bill Payments Office for Camp Lemonier, Djibouti through direct coordination between the US Treasury and Citibank and initial transfer of $3M under my accountability. - Established Business Office, FISC Sigonella Site Bahrain- Led merger of CTF-53’s Fleet Mail Center with NSA Bahrain’s base post office, responsible for the facility and teams moving more than 1.5 million pounds of mail annually with nearly $1 million in annual sales.

Supply Department Division Officer deployed aboard an Amphibious Assault ship with a crew of 1,100 and a Marine Corps Expeditionary Unit of more than 2,400.
