As a General Contractor and Licensed Multi-State Adjuster with a robust claim handling background, he manages a variety of residential and commercial losses, ensuring precision and integrity on every project. He brings extensive experience and a unique eye for file quality to the team. Committed to advancing the industry, Jonathon presents at a variety of conferences and events throughout the nation on current trends, advanced technology, and recent developments in property insurance claims. Jonathon is certified by Verisk as an Xactimate Certified Trainer, Xactimate Pricing Consultant, and holds the prestigious Xactimate Level 3 certification as a Mastery user of the software. He is a Certified General Contractor (CGC) in Florida, as well as a Licensed Mold Assessor & Remediator. He has earned an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation, along with numerous certifications, including HAAG Engineering’s Residential Roof Inspector, Commercial Roof Inspector, Wind Damage Inspector, Level 1 Certified Thermographer, IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) & Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Tile Roofing Industry Alliance (TRI) – Certified Florida High Wind Zone Installer, and EPA Lead Safe Renovator in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Jonathon’s deep roots in construction began with his family’s hands-on approach to purchasing and renovating homes, which built a strong foundation for his career as a licensed General Contractor. Leveraging his background, Jonathon excelled quickly in the insurance world. Throughout his career, Jonathon has managed numerous residential and commercial claims from catastrophic events throughout the nation due to tornado, hail, wind, fire and flood events. Jonathon is a Florida Licensed All-Lines Adjuster; Louisiana Property & Casualty Adjuster; Georgia Property & Casualty Adjuster; South Carolina Adjuster; North Carolina Adjuster & Hail Adjuster; and Texas All-Lines Adjuster. Prior to launching DDA, Jonathon amassed years of experience working for national insurance carriers and independent adjusting firms. Jonathon began his career as an Insurance Adjuster in 2007, later obtaining his All-Lines Adjusting License in 2008. Throughout his career as an Independent Adjuster, Jonathon fostered long-standing relationships throughout the industry.
