•Used a host of investigative tools to uncover over 300 transaction launderers and networks, duties required our team to determine levels of merchant risk based website content and possible illicit transactions. This included investigative research on online vendor assets, requiring a high level of knowledge of violating content ranging from illegal drugs, pharmaceuticals, counterfeit goods, etc. as well as the basic regulations surrounding that content.•Headed initiatives outside regular team duties on an ad hoc basis. This could include the creation of new team processes to implement in our day to day work, creation of training materials, and even highly specialized investigations for potential clients or out of country merchants. These merchants required extensive research and knowledge of cultures outside the US (language, customs, etc).•Part of a small team that developed a new product program for our Google client. This was a project meant to generate income in the health insurance and healthcare coverage business sphere. The program had to be built from the ground up, working closely with co-workers to troubleshoot and facilitate better workflow practices for the new program.• Coordinated with the sales team by gathering laundering evidence to pitch to potential clients. • Spent hundreds of hours utilizing the Shire system for a range of projects. Projects included file investigation, creating audits for data clean up, and reconciling errors from other database ports pushed to the Shire.• Created the initial Shire User Guide document. The manual has since been used as the initial template for basic Shire training and as an outline for standard practices.• Headed a data team project to help launch the CMS B2B/Sales Catalog which spanned multiple departments and required re-organizing our teams’ workflow to meet the deadline.
