Achievements and responsibilities: • Devised and implemented a new approach to candidate selection for audits, mitigating risks through a reduction in manual intervention.• Designed and produced a new series of annual and quarterly reports with an improved user interface and a more streamlined back end process that delivers more accurate results.• Attending client visits, providing compliance guidance and carrying out candidate audits onsite.• Delivering audit results for more than one hundred candidates on a monthly basis.• Produced technical training and guidance documentation in relation to Microsoft Office Suite for multiple compliance teams.

Achievements and responsibilities: • Managed the whole of business client communication for a project delivering a GBP 3.5m fee increase in 2016, initial target for the project was GBP 1m. • Managed a database of client fee data, providing analysis on current fees charged and potential increases which was then delivered to facilitate the required fee increase for the project.• Managed the business relationship with the printing vendors in relation to the fee increase project. Ensured that all stock levels were maintained and that all communications were dispatched from the printers in a timely manner. • Organised a series of group, and one to one, meetings with internal stakeholders in relation to the project.
