I was responsible for the $14 million Western Region operations of DG FastChannel.I worked directly with the Executive VP of Sales representing the service offering of DG FastChannel as we pursued multi-million dollar distribution contracts from Movie Studios. These efforts lead to clients acquisitions with Universal Studios and Dreamworks. My client relations and management skills were honed managing the $6 million business relationship with Sony pictures and overseeing operations associated with Paramount, Paramount Home Entertainment, Warner Brothers, DreamWorks and 20th Century Fox. Financially, I directed successful trials for 2 key new business clients (20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers), which helped secure customers with over $6 million in potential annual revenue. My responsibilities included the development of the business model, including operational management, financial management, and execution of the company’s financing strategy. In less than 4 years, Eight Cylinder Studios grew to over $1 million in annual revenue with 20 employees.Additionally, I was tasked to recruit various senior level positions as well as stage a massive roll up from 25 – 100 employees. Specifically, I recruited the CTO, various senior level artists and engineers.
