Responsible for the management of a portfolio of customers in the £2million to £50million turnover bracket helping with their transactional banking, treasury and debt solutions, and assisting clients to deliver their business and risk strategies. By engaging in regular dialogue & partnership with them to understand their needs, I aim to help identify their competitive advantage and operate more efficiently and cost effectively.Entrusted with the goal of increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction whilst ensuring a high level of operational and regulatory compliance.
