CurrentSenior Relationship Manager at Natwest, supporting SME’s in the Hotels, Leisure and Franchise market space in London and the South East; with a focus on excellent customer service and risk management. Responsible for the management of a portfolio of customers in the £2million to £50million turnover bracket helping with their transactional banking, treasury and debt solutions, and assisting clients to deliver their business and risk strategies. By engaging in regular dialogue & partnership with them to understand their needs, I aim to help identify their competitive advantage and operate more efficiently and cost effectively.Entrusted with the goal of increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction whilst ensuring a high level of operational and regulatory compliance. Helping to Provide cost effective business solutions for both the customer and the bank, whilst pro-actively managing risk to reduce risk exposure and deliver value orientated balance sheet growth.
