Coordinating resources to ensure that customer's projects were completed to their specifications on schedule. Some examples are;> The Field Museum - We built a system that the Field Museum uses to manage their grant requests. Throughout this process applicants register and fill out grant specific questionnaires. After the grant submission time closes, then various Field Museum staff will use the system to review and rate the applicants and then award the winners.> Abbott - We built a tool for the employees of Abbott to use to manage their growth in their role at Abbott. This allows them to see where they can grow at Abbott and gives their supervisors a tool to help guide their growth

Some of these include;> InfoRecorder - A handheld inventory recorder used by McDonalds to take daily inventory at each store so that they can order product for the next day. This solution is installed in more then 14,000 stores in the United States.> TruTicket - A web based parking pass ordering system that was build for the Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears. This system allowed the patrons to order parking passes online, then they would be printed and mailed to them. On gameday the passes would be scanned at the parking garage to ensure that they were valid.> RAMIS - A web based testing material chain of custody tool. Using data provided by the Pearson, DRC and Harcourt, and a hand held barcode scanner the teachers could quickly and easily validate that they distributed and received all testing materials. This allowed them to easily and quickly prove that they returned all of their testing materials back to the publishers while school was still in session and not having to wait until late summer to find out that they were missing some materials. This system was used extensively in Missouri and Alaska
