It evolved after winning an organisation-wide Climate Hackathon in late 2021 entitled ‘How do we halve the impact of our financed emissions by 2030 and help customers transition to a low carbon economy’. The proposal was for a new banking product to incentivise households to transition to EPC C substantiated with a prototype and data-driven analysis.In recent roles I have worked within Treasury and Liquidity Risk Reporting on CRD IV (Basel III) and PRA 110 (Pillar 2) requirements. Key strengths include applying data strategy and evaluating data requirements to meet business outcomes; re-engineering processes to make use of golden data sources and promote cross-functional data-sharing; building prototype models in a Big Data environment; overseeing projects from design to production in an Agile environment.A Management Accountant by training (ACMA, CGMA), my career began in Finance departments and has progressed to Technology Finance Solutions via the Middle Office. I have worked in large and small firms with a wide range of stakeholders. I am experienced in explaining complex issues succinctly whilst considering the composition of the audience. In my current role, it is a particular privilege to work with leaders in their field from Climate Legislation to geospatial data solutions, both internal and external to the organisation.
