Leading a dedicated team of Visit Coordinators, Student University Guides, and with the support of my Guests Services Manager, we are pioneering the individual university visit experience with exceptional hospitality and personalization for each and every student.

Along with oversight of the on-campus housing facilities, staff, and student population, I facilitate student engagement initiatives on a campus-wide level including student activities, fitness, recreation and wellness, and student clubs/organizations.

I oversee the housing operations for seven unique housing areas on campus ranging from traditional style residence halls to townhouses. I supervise a staff of professionals and paraprofessionals in the day-to-day oversight of the residence halls including facilities management, programming, budgeting, student conduct administration, and interdepartmental communication.

During my tenure as a Residence Hall Coordinator for Baker College of Muskegon, I served over 180 residents occupying townhouse units on the campus. I also supervised an RA staff of four with their programming and administrative duties. Along with typical housing office duties, I also coordinated the campus' IM Sports, Fitness and Recreation initiatives.

I served as RD for Kilhefner Hall from 2004-05, supervising an RA staff of five. I also assisted in the coordination of Judicial Affairs on the campus.

I served the students of Central Michigan University within the residence halls, greek community, and during new student orientation. Each position offered its challenges and rewards and I wouldn't have changed any of them for the world. :)
