•Developed and executed a successful marketing campaign for the RED concept store, resulting in a 30% increase in foot traffic and a 25% increase in sales within the first month of opening. This accomplishment was in leu of maintaining the districts highest total sales ($8.51 million), highest UPT (3.67), highest ADT (S39.98), second to lowest AUR ($10.89), and highest e-mail capture rate (85% capture).•Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, and marketing, to ensure that the RED concept store was aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. This change in culture was reflected in the weekly sales and KPI reports, as my team consistently achieved and maintained the highest metrics during my SFL hours compared to the other leaders in the store. •Through my leadership as the D.O.R. for my home store, I was able to achieve significant results and gain recognition from the district management team. By leveraging the allocated payroll and executing monthly visual sets based on the store's individual needs, I was able to contribute to the store's success as the highest volume location in the district with $8 million in sales.•My success in visual merchandising led to my selection as the lead for monthly district floor set calls and the "district visual ambassador," responsible for training new talent on the company's merchandising standard operating procedures. Furthermore, I identified an opportunity to implement a "clientele list to build a more personal relationship with our biggest customers and promote higher customer retention. This list allowed us to have direct communication with bulk buyers, ensuring sales goals were exceeded, and having more control over shipment and inventory needs.

•By taking initiative, I quickly developed my career and was promoted to a salaried FT administrative manager from PT entry level associate in less than a year. In my new role, I continued to prioritize customer satisfaction by implementing new training programs for associates and ensuring that all customer inquiries were promptly addressed.
