Current•Recruited and trained 7 leaders within the first 6 months of joining the company to fill vacant positions throughout the district. Identified opportunities with marketing, selling culture, and replenishment and partnered with Country Manager and RVM to execute strategies that resulted in my district's 2 highest volume stores positively leveraging sales/traffic.•Promoted to Flagship GM within the first 3 months of tenure and assumed responsibilities of DMIT for the DFW market. Partnered withother store managers to identify individual store opportunities, understand their "unique customer", and create weekly, monthly, andquarterly goalsheets. Held myself accountable to follow up with routine check-ins to ensuregoals were met.•Formally recognized twice by RM, US Country Manager, and company CEO for the extreme positive impact my strategies and contributions had on salesand metrics in DFW market. Additionally, my store was recognized company-wide for raising the most money (donations) in the US market ($25,600 USD) over the course of 4 months to help aid the Australian bushfires in 2019-2020.
