Working in the Property Economics team at Urbis, I advised clients on both residential and mixed-use projects. My role included: - Residential and commercial market studies- Pricing research and analysis- Economic development strategies- Economic benefit and impact assessments- Preparation of expert witness reports

I managed all aspects of project delivery across a range of residential projects in South East Queensland. I was involved in:- Project delivery and defect resolution- Project and financial reporting- Liaising with project stakeholders- Risk assessment of projects- Market research and project planning.

I was part of the Real Estate Advisory team, advising on major real estate projects in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne. My experience spanned all asset classes with a particular focus on transactions and valuations.

I worked on preparing the sale of properties in a volatile market, including development sites, residential apartments and mixed use (both residential and retail developments). I was also involved in:- market research including the analysis of development sites and opportunities- identifying town planning issues and providing instructions to town planners- the review and analysis of independent property valuations

I was involved in various forms of corporate restructuring roles, partnering with clients to understand and realise their objectives across the real estate, resources, retail, transport and health and aged care industries.
