I am a self-taught programmer with a diverse skillset, now entering undergraduate study into the Bachelor of Computing Science (IDeA) at UTS!I have been so fortunate enough to be selected for the UTS Industry Degree Academy program this year in 2024 and I am incredibly keen and motivated to continue my learning with my sponsor and employer, WiseTech Global!To say more about me and my skills and key qualities: I have always been incredibly hard-working and motivated in pursuing my dreams, aspirations and responsibilities, demonstrated in my recent completion of Year 12 with results placing me in first place out of my peers within three of my subjects (English Advanced, Design & Technology, Business Studies) and second and third within my other two subjects (Software Design & Development, Mathematics Advanced). These excellent results have been achieved both through hard work, an excellent commitment and affinity for learning and a result of how I have always applied my own interests to my studies and work, leading to a further increased effort in achieving these tasks to the best of my ability while simultaneously improving my own morale. A key example of this fact is my selection of programming as my topic of choice for a Major Design Project within one of my HSC subjects, which both motivated me to work harder on the project as well as reducing burnout due to my enjoyment of programming - a win-win for all parties involved!
