I graduated in 2014 at the top of my class from Liberty University with a Masters Degree in Business Management and Leadership. While attending Liberty, I also achieved a Graduate Level Certification in General Business and a Graduate Level Certification in Management & Leadership from the Overton Graduate School of Business. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University and an Associate’s Degree from Owens Community College both in Criminal Justice. In addition, I graduated as the Valedictorian of my Police Academy class and served as the Lieutenant amongst my peers. As a Professor, I enjoy teaching in a transformational style of instruction where I incorporate multiple ways of learning through my own video instructions, class trips and through effective group activities. I develop each course to fit my adult learners to help them engage more and broaden their understandings of the topics. I possess an understanding of adult learning, differentiated instruction including multiple intelligences through face-to-face and virtual instruction. I am able to use a variety of presentation software programs which allows me to create meaningful assessments to promote a learning culture of continuous improvement and an understanding of conducting needs-assessments with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevancy of curriculum. As a Business Professional and Consultant, I posses 15 years of experience in the field of Management and Leadership which have equipped me to be a factotum in business organizations. I utilize the research methods and techniques that I learn as a College Professor and apply them to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the organization. I believe in Leadership as the unlocking of the potential of others while empowering them to succeed by using grit, trust and emotional intelligence. I also utilize a transformational style of leadership that leads my clients towards a culture of transformation and innovation.
