Salesforce Support Analyst
Current▪ Active project participation rolling out Sales Cloud instance and related integrations▪ Responsible for ongoing system functionality, maintenance, accessibility, and updates▪ Resolution of technical issues through debugging, research, managing incidents, and user requests▪ Customized fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflow rules, reports, and dashboards▪ Primary point of contact for Sales Cloud users▪ Assist in training new users, and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization
