I got the privilege to be on staff at an urban, multi-cultural church working with middle school and high school students. It was a blast to see these students embrace their multi-cultural nature and encounter Jesus.

Coordinated with the professor & regional Fuller Live Administrator in order to maximize the learning experience.Partnered with Fuller IT Associates to troubleshot problems & not diminish the learning environment.Oversee the Polycom system broadcasting the class to regional campuses.

Developed a communications team & social media strategy for the campus.Recruited College Small Group Leaders.Shepherded & cared for ministry team leaders.Planned community-building events such as: church bbq's, bonfires, & serve days.

Oversaw the equipping and training of new employeesSupervised and ran technology, including but not excluding, audio/visual equipment and computersCoordinated with event contacts to ensure their events run smoothlyAdministered and chaperoned other departments counting out and depositing their cash registersUnlocked and secure the Student UnionSupervised the routine functioning of the Student Union by conducting hourly customer counts and building walks that ensure operating procedures are maintainedCooperated interdependently to ensure operations run effectively with other departments including: Info Desk, Games, UCC, Porters, Building Engineering and ASIDaily inventoried and cataloguing of audio/visual equipmentDocumented and wrote reports including: daily shift logs and incident reportsConducted security checks of Student Union after hours
