I worked as a Supervisor in a Contact Center for Prime Therapeutics. Prime Therapeutics is a pharmacy benefits management company that partners with many Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations all over the United States. As a Supervisor in the contact center my responsibilities include specialist coaching, training, quality review and assisting members with upper-level escalated issues. My position involves development and training across a broad spectrum of the contact center, working with direct and indirect reports to maximize our member experience. The Omaha Contact Center is currently ranked a World Class Call Center by SQM, a specialist firm in consulting contact centers throughout North America.

Largly spurred by the economic downturn of 2008 during this time frame I worked as a general contractor in the home improvement segment of our economy. It was a challenge to run my own business and go at it alone. I learned a lot during this time about the world we live in and will always value the experience.

I am working with construction companies across the US on finding them quality Estimators and Project Managers for their projects.

I was responsible for recruiting and hiring of travel nurses throughout the Western United States. I managed multiple employees on assignment in at various hospitals. I developed and maintained new accounts with multiple hospitals to meet their patient care needs.

My position as a Student Driver Recruiter required I work with truck driving schools throughout the United States. I recruited potential employees, processed applications, completed background checks, and coordinated actual hiring of student drivers. I developed and maintained an applicant tracking system using Microsoft Access to more efficiently manage all stages of the recruitment process.
