- Managed a project to digitize the end-to-end operation of an Australian govt. supported NGO, Australian Doctors International(ADI), that increased 50% efficiency in the workflow.- Oversaw the discovery phase for Nintendo Australia to build the whole support portal, collaborating with the Nintendo team.- Spearheaded operations for a leading event management platform(direct competitor to Eventbrite), driving revenue growth by 400% through strategic planning and execution.
