Application of advanced market principles in an activity based curriculum to access the entrepreneurial mindset of the student. Design and facilitate simulations that enhance the business acumen of young professionals and adults. Coordinate classroom teacher development programs including annual Teacher Summit and New Teacher Training. Project Manager for YE's Digital Curriculum Platform. Iteration and implementation of an online market of digital tools and content resources to gain a significant advantage in the deployment of YE curriculum to its end users. Manage a team of 2 remote developers. Deploy functions to an organization of 1000+ annually with a growing alumni base. Mentor and advise Program Staff & direct reports. Facilitate and manage the Scholars & Leaders Exchange, an online classroom initiative designed to engage geographically disbursed scholarship recipients and alumni of various partner organizations, including YE, with the goal of talent development and greater return on scholarship investments. Programs include reading discussions online, location based workshops, and select admission destination trips.

In northeast Kansas I managed 9 contracted classroom teachers at 8 public high schools in 3 cities serving approximately 300 students. In Wichita and southcentral Kansas it was 18 teachers at 16 public & private high schools in 6 cities serving over 600 students enrolled in a two semester, for-credit, regularly scheduled class about entrepreneurship. We did micro-loans in the fall and business plans in the spring. In the summer; internships in local businesses.We used business leaders from the community to go into classrooms for speaking and mentoring the students through the immersive curriculum. There were field trips and company tours, classroom panels and guest speakers, pop-up markets and etiquette lunches, business plan advising sessions and plenty of opportunity for students who wanted it.The best part was getting to teach. Anytime the school hired a substitute, I got to lead the day's session. Connecting with students and inspiring their futures made every day uniquely successful.
