Designed and implemented learning programs that support employee development and performance goals across the global organization.To address a global talent shortage, I designed and implemented a global employee Associate Program that shaped college graduates into Technical Sales Engineers and Professional Service Consultants over a yearlong program. Program graduates are now contributing to the business in over twelve countries and the program continues to be the primary solution for building the next generation of talent. In an effort to improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS), I helped evaluate the Global Customer Care organization and designed a blended learning curriculum to improve communication and help Customer Care Experts create a more effortless experience for Genesys Customers. Within three months of program completion, NPS scores increased over 10 points, having a significant impact in perceived customer value.Established a global learning platform (LMS) to deliver knowledge and skill training to all Genesys employees. Within the first year of launch, the GenED learning portal hosted thousands of custom-built training and third-party courses teaching skill development, business tools, technical product knowledge, and industry information. Customer landing pages and curriculums were built for divisions and roles to support their individual needs.

Oversee planning and development of eLearning and instructor-led training initiatives for US Pharmaceutical sales force.- Lead a team of learning professionals responsible for the development of all learning content including eLearning applications, instructor-led training and sales meetings.- Responsible for the design and maintenance of learning platforms (LMS) and the selection and implementation of new technologies including mobile learning and web-based simulations.- Develop instructor-led training conferences/workshops including the McKesson Distribution National Sales Conference.
