I represented Rider University positively to all perspective families during tours, open houses, and admitted students days. I assisted in supervising a staff of approximately 50 tour guides and tele-counselors. Each year I assisted in training a group of over 30 new tour guides. I continuously maintained an up to date & comprehensive knowledge about Rider University.

I helped clients fix problematic computer software and printers. I also assisted teachers with the implementation of new technology in their classrooms. I maintained an up to date inventory for equipment and supplies.

East Windsor

I searched through different candidate job boards and posted jobs to the boards. I built an active candidate lists for recruiters to call. I worked with the internal databases and ATS to maintain up to date candidate lists. I also aided the organization in fulfilling the ongoing demands of Talon’s daily, weekly and monthly goals. I assisted the Leadership Team wherever needed.
