Business Developer Graduate
Business developer graduate in Group IT at Danske Bank Group.The graduate programme is divided into two parts. A 12 month allocation and a nine month allocation.The first three months was heavily focused on introductory courses to get introduced to the Danske Bank Group, and the work areas of the Group IT Business Developer. These courses was attended alongside the first allocation.1st allocation: Account SystemsI worked on a project, where my main responsibility was centered around the design, development and testing (usability and system testing) of GUIs for a browser based self-service solution.The allocation ended with rotating shortly to the operations team and assisting with maintenance and development tasks.2nd allocation: Loan Systems I worked five months with maintenance and development tasks in the Loan Systems operations team, assisting with development and maintenance tasks.Tasks included: legaslative demands, internal communication, project and operational documentation, task and project coordination, as well as cross-border coordination.Concluding my graduate programme, I worked four months as an Organisational Change Manager on a major IT project in Loan Systems. The task included coordination and production of work products related to the implementation of the project in the Swedish and Norwegian brands.Tasks included: Coordination and project management, as well as recording, editing and production of educational video material. Tasks also included communication with brands, follow-up and assistance in the work with relevant work products needed for completing the implementation.
