Crumbs: Explored several app concepts using credit card transaction data: a social app to share where you eat/drink/shop with friends, a web plug-in to overlay friend transactions on e-commerce sites, and a chatbot to monitor and predict personal spending. None were pursued past private beta stages.Vistia: Worked on a disruptive financial technology platform to enable homeowners to share home equity with investors. After helping develop the nascent financial product, I lost conviction in the value proposition for both sides of the risk transfer. The venture was acquired by Equifi, a competitor. Built trading system to identify statistically significant relative value trends and monitor cash CDS basis, in realtime.• ETFs: Developed a method to price EM debt ETFs, and set up the internal mechanism to execute creation and redemption trades of the bond portfolios vs. the shares. Facilitated portfolio rebalance trades, client creates/redeems, and monitored market levels vs intrinsics to opportunistically trade the basis. • Electronic Trading: grew the e-trading business for the desk globally by managing IT projects to improve platform and workflow. • Recruitment: Led program for team recruitment and training over 7 years, and co-headed division-wide MIT recruitment for 5 years.
