As the Office Admin in the Missions department of the church, I was assigned to work with Ontario Christian Assembly as their Camp Administrator. I have learned more than a treasure trove of knowledge and understanding in my time here, and below I list the responsibilities, tasks, and projects I have completed, as well as some things that I work on in my own time.RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and manage a team of Summer Camp Youth Workers- Update and revise camp policies- Budget management and advisory- Billing and invoice coordination- Marketing campaigns- Approval for marketing resources for use in local towns and villages- Create and manage forms- Coordination with interested parties, such as partner churches and shareholders- Updating organization's website- Control of information flow by reporting to board members and invested partiesTASKS AND PROJECTS- New additions to the previous Dean's Manual to create an all-accessible Camp Manual- Wrote new fire plan- Implementation of new Day Camp operation known as Camp Oasis Summer Day Camp- Implementation of new training policies and methods for the camp team- Succession planning scheme and organized marketing plans for 2017

Day to day operations and preparation for staff at Noah's Ark Children's Centre, children, and toddlers over the summer months. In addition I supervised other students working at the centre while advising and supporting staff members for communications. For the multiple field trips for children I coordinated activities while supervising youth and developing solutions for the unique and unexpected problems faced in an ever-changing dynamic environment.
