GovDelivery / Granicus is a SAS provider of mass communication, video, hosting and analytic services to public sector clients. ► Successfully managed Infrastructure requirements needed to obtain initial FedRAMP Authorization to Operate (ATO), which entailed creating and managing policies and processes, as well as managing, tracking and documenting hundreds of technical configuration issues to meet stringent security requirements. Continue to manage and coordinate all day to day processes, technical and administrative requirements related to maintaining FedRAMP and ISO certifications. ► Transformed overall IT performance by implementing ITIL operational standards related to Change, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management. Implemented and updated all processes and documents to meet ISO security standards. ► Successfully designed and launched the Network Command Center (NCC) in both the US and Ireland within four months, which was recognized as a major success by senior executive management.► Utilized an innovative “Right to Left Shift,” strategy by having more experienced network professionals at the initial point of customer contact to resolve issues faster and expand support capabilities while lowering costs. ► Expanded the career development program to include local community colleges and US Military, thereby improving talent acquisition, employee job satisfaction and retention.
