CurrentI was recruited to lead, mature and supervise a team of senior IT engineers responsible for the complete infrastructure stack including storage, networks, compute systems, virtualization, security and data center management. GovDelivery / Granicus is a SAS provider of mass communication, video, hosting and analytic services to public sector clients. ► Successfully managed Infrastructure requirements needed to obtain initial FedRAMP Authorization to Operate (ATO), which entailed creating and managing policies and processes, as well as managing, tracking and documenting hundreds of technical configuration issues to meet stringent security requirements. Continue to manage and coordinate all day to day processes, technical and administrative requirements related to maintaining FedRAMP and ISO certifications. ► Transformed overall IT performance by implementing ITIL operational standards related to Change, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management. Implemented Agile Project Management standards to Infrastructure Operations to allow for better integration with larger DevOps efforts. ► Managed upgrades and expansions of Infrastructure to accommodate growth and acquisitions. Upgrades included major updates to Network, Storage and Compute platforms. Additionally, oversaw efforts to build hybrid cloud models with integration to AWS. ► Revised the Infrastructure vendor process. Saved the organization more than $50K annually by eliminating unnecessary support contracts. Established vendor based staff augmentation services for cost-effective productivity expansion.
