Work directly with regional director to develop scope of work, establish fees and manage project budget and staff. Workwith client to develop programming and initiate project kick-off meeting with Client and Design team to establish programand design. Specializing in planning and design of healthcare projects, including medical office buildings, emergencydepartments, ambulatory, psychiatric, and labs. Responsible for all client contact for these projects during design andconstruction.

Project Architect with a regionally recognized leading architecture and engineering firm. Focus on planning and design of Higher Education projects in Maine.

Work directly with firm president, principals and marketing director to bring new work into the office, primarily in theHigher Education Market. Responsible for business development with existing clients as well as acquiring new clients.Member of the design team for the RFP and Interview process, develop scope of work, establish fees and manage projectbudget and staff. Work with client to develop programming and initiate project kick-off meeting with Client and Designteam to establish program and design. Bid Negotiation phases for higher education projects. Specializing in masterplanning, new dormitory construction, both cafeteria and classroom renovations primarily for the University of Maine andMaine Community College systems. Responsible for all client contact for these projects during design and construction.
