I'm passionate about the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative solutions, and being able to do this at a world-class biotech company like Amgen means my work has an impact on the health and well-being of patients globally. I started my career at Amgen in our IT department directly out of college, and have since moved to the Digital Health & Innovation team. I've enjoyed the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most talented individuals in our industry. Around 2014, I began to study solution frameworks like Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, and Agile that further shaped my view of the creative process. Since putting them into practice, I've seen firsthand how the strengths of each, when applied at the right stage, can improve the odds of both finding the right solution for a given problem, and the likelihood that it will provide real value to end users. My current role as a Digital Health Programs Sr Manager has me leading projects from the initial experiment phase through the scaling process as we bring innovative solutions to market. Unique Skill-
