I have been leading World T.E.A.M. as the chief executive since October 2017, with the mission to bring adaptive and able-bodied athletes together through inclusive athletic programs. I have 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on development and management.At World T.E.A.M., we believe The Exceptional Athlete Matters. We organize outdoor athletic programs for adaptive and able-bodied citizens, such as mountain climbing, white water rafting, cycling, and more. We empower lives through sports, and foster community, camaraderie, and confidence among our participants. Some of our programs include Face of America: Gettysburg, World TEAM Challenge: Gozzer Ranch, World TEAM Challenge: Valley of the Sun, Adventure Team Challenge: Colorado, and Adventure Team Challenge: New YorkMy core competencies include fundraising, sponsorship, event planning, marketing communications, and social media marketing. I have successfully increased the revenue and fiscal strength of the organization and in turn, the impact of World T.E.A.M. and its events, as well as built strong partnerships with sponsors, donors, volunteers, and media outlets. I am passionate about creating opportunities for people of all abilities to enjoy sports and challenge themselves.
