93-55 record after 6 years. 5 Sectional Championships, 2 District Runner-Ups. Selected to coach District 8 East-West All-Star Game. Nominated 4x for District 8 Coach of the Year. Coached 2 AP All-Ohio players. Coached 4 1st Team All-WBL players.

Reduced out-of-school suspensions over three years by wrapping services around at-risk students and utilizing restorative justice practices. Closed the achievement gap in math education by initiating a math remediation program that uses targeted assessment data to develop intentional, personalized instruction. Created an Algebra readiness rubric to appropriately place students in 8th Grade Algebra who demonstrate readiness. Initiated Olweus Bullying Prevention Program to improve student culture and climate.

Taught 6th Grade Math, 7th Grade Advanced Math, 8th Grade Algebra, and math remediation courses in grades 6-8. Led district in differentiation and technology initiatives. Developed middle school math curriculum with a leveled curriculum built to close achievement gaps and push students toward a higher-level curriculum. Served as Union President for 2 years and was a negotiating team member for a fair contract with students' interests as a main priority.

Taught numerous Social Studies courses to talented and gifted elementary children including Emergency!, the Civil War, and Create Your Own Business.
