Started as build PM, shipping Docker-based build system. Now I lead PM of Heroku's runtime environments -- 30+ person engineering team -- which includes networking, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure. These runtime environments are exposed to customers as our Common Runtime (multitenant), Private Spaces (single tenant), and Salesforce Evergreen (FaaS) products. Salesforce Evergreen is built on top of Kubernetes, Knative, and Istio.

Customers absolutely love our product. Acquired by HRdirect.* Designed, coded, and launched hundreds of product features doing both front-end and back-end development (HTML/CSS, jQuery/JS, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework/LINQ/SQL). Also developed mobile apps for Android and iOS. Code passed quality audit by highly-respected Black Duck. * Consistently contacted trial users/paying customers to understand their needs via email, telephone, and in-person visits. Feedback from interviews greatly shaped new feature development. * Optimized conversion funnel / onboarding experience using A/B testing and drip emails; used in-product analytics software (mixpanel) to understand feature usage.* Bootstrapped business by delivering 4-hour pre-sales trainings to CIOs of Fortune 500 companies (consulting for MSFT).
