Overseeing all IT related requirements for the CFM business. Working with the development team to satisfy business requirements for new applications and updates. Managing business stakeholders' expectations for IT projects. Additionally - Sun Systems Analyst providing group support/consultancy for financial applications.

City FM handles the facilities management for all the ASDA stores in the UK and Northern Ireland. We have in-house custom developed software to handle this. If a piece of equipment breaks, we are the company that responds for ASDA. As you can imagine, there are quite a few ASDA stores. This creates a great deal of work and people working together. Our company makes sure this process is fast, seamless, and reportable back to ASDA. With all these criteria, it takes some very special software and people (that's me) to make sure the machine keeps running.
